Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

she keeps moving and won't let me see my kids
This is a long story but will try to keep it short.My wife left me 17 months ago and took my 3 kids, she moves so I can't find her.I found them at christmas and tried to take gifts to the kids and she came outside screaming and kicking on the truck and refused to let me see them.She sent me an email in june telling me that her and the kids were moving away and to leave her and the kids alone cause they are happy with their new daddy.My kids are 9,5 and 2.I have all the emails where she is refusing to give me a number and an address.................Medical records will prove her mentally unstable also!!
She left my little girls medicine at my sisters,she has upper respiratory infection and this medicine has not even been opened,bottle is dated 5-06-01.
I want custody of my kids cause all she does is move and she told my sister the reason she is moving is so I can't find my kids.I am needing a lawyer that will work with me even if it means payments being deducted from my check til it's paid off..I would like the oppertunity to tell the whole story if at all possible cause there is more to this story.Thank you.

You obviously know that you need to retain counsel to resolve this matter. . .my advise is to get on with retaining that counsel, asap.
