Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

parental kidnapping

my daughter went for a visitation with her father on july 2 2005 and her father was to return her after tye weekend and he never did . I contacted my lawyer ,went to court,and still never has he returned her. The father does not have custody , and also has not paid the childsupport court ordered from back in 1997 on to the presant day. What can i do about this/ and to get my daughter back??? Thank you
