Parental Kidnapping
Springfield Missouri DFS went to go pick up my 4 grandchildren from their father because they said he could not take care of them properly. He must have found out and has taken the children and left. It appears that his mother has gone with him. We have been telling DFS that the children are not safe with him for years and they never did anything about it. Their mother (my daughter) is living in the same town and the police contacted her to see if she had the children. She does not. I feel they should have put out an amber alert for the children but they have not. They said we need to hire an attorney to do that. Can you please give me any information on what we can do?? Thank you.

It matters whether there has been an order Derik from a court to remove the kids, or just a suspicion by children services rotters quilters.
