I was just involved in a trial on similar facts. There is a specific statute that provides a limited number of ways to set aside the legal presumption of paternity that results from the signing of an affidavit of paternity. There are also very limited time periods within which you may take action, except perhaps in the case where you were lied to and you were reasonable in relying on the false statement. In any event, you will probably need to file a lawsuit and seek a judicial order determining you not to be the father.
