Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

Both of my parents passed away recently. Their home and land was left for their 7 children. In the will if states that each child have the opportunity to purchase the home in order of birth and gnat the price be determined by a licensed real estate appraiser. My oldest sister, aldo yhe executor wishes to purchase the home at one half the appraisal value, is this legal and do I have any rights?
