Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

Ex parte

I am currently facing divorce my wife has taken physical custody from me but not legal custody she filed an exparte against me and among other things asking for full custody in said order of the kids she contacted me and wants to settle out of court but she still has the exparte against me and she lets me talk to my kids on the phone but other than seek legal advice for the court date of the 16th what other steps should i take with interaction with her in regards to the kids
