Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

My ex isn't paying a bill that he was ordered to in the divorce decree. Which has now gone to collections. The bill is in my name as I was the one that took our daughter to the hospital when she was sick. I was the guarantor. He had called previously and made arrangements for payments on them, but I guess hasn't stuck to them. I don't really have money to take him back to court. Suggestions? By the way, he also didn't pay my attorney's fees, so she garnished his wages. He is 3 months behind on child support, so I contacted child support enforcement and they are garnishing his wages. See a pattern here? This person doesn't want to take responsibility for anything and doesn't think rules/judgements apply to him.
