Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri
Im currently paying child support for my son, and I have always been up to date and current. He just turned 18 in july of 2016 and also started his senior year of high school in Aug of 2016. My question is, since we are coming to that last couple of years of child support payments (if he does go to college after he graduates) could I offer his mother some kind of pay off settlement for child support. lets say whatever im paying a month now, figure 2 years worth and offer that to her? Do people do that, especially when the child is getting older like mine is? What is your opinion?
Thanks!

You must support him to age 21 id he gives proof to you that he is successfully enrolled in school.
