PCS was had the life of my famDFa nightmare.. We lose are olds daughter all most a year ago on Jan 30,2015.and DFS took are two granddaughter age 3 and 22months from there father in June 2015 Are daughter has a son age 8. We have guardian ship of him. Grandkids are Moberly Mo and We live in Raymore Mo. In November DFS allowed us weekend visits.We drive 3hr to pick them up at daycare on Friday 1:00pm and return them on Sunday at 6:00pm. To there Foster Parents My sister been approved from day one to care for the girls.and She even complete at homestudy and was Foster License. DFS was gave us wrong times on court dates and and Made false statements about a hotline call the Foster Parents made on Sunday in November 2015 We had court regarding the girls and .placement.Nothing was sayed about a Hotline call . On Thursday morning the worker called to info us. That a Hotline call was been made .And We could not have visited with the girls tell DFS has came to are home and talked to us regarding the Hotline Call . the worker stated to us The Dfs in cass county has been e-mail regarding the call. And worker states at the month meeting on Thursday she emailed them again ask them to come to are home and question us about the Hotline call. We waited and waited and nobody showed up. So Friday Morning when i got off work i went to DFS in Cass County .speak to a worker and She check and no email from moberly mo DFS Then she went a got her Supervision and She stated The last email received from Moberly DFS was at the beginning of Nov 2015 T o come to are home and Do a walk through. To make sure are Home was safe for the kids to be there.Then she give me her name and number. I leave called the girls guardian Ad Litem .and Told her The case worker has lied to us regarding the hotline call and Took for visits from us. 20 minutes later . Worker called a said the hotline. Call has been resolved and we can go get the girls today. We had a home study done to .Its been a month and still waiting for for it to get type up. She had everything done when she came to are home a month ago.we pass all the requestment. To became FOSTER Parent to get are license. We keep getting legally and practical wrong doning.in this case . The child advocated opened up a case regarding the Hotline call and no place in the call we was stated as the Perpetrators.and The child advocated sent DFSa
