If a persons husband says that he isnt competant can you still get a divorce?

It is concievable, that a marrie dperson can allege that they are incompetnet, and thus should nto be expected to particiapte in divorce proceedins., without assistance. This is especially true if the person has been adjudicated to be incapacitated or incompetent by a court with jurisdiction over the person. However, if there is an attorney-in-fact (power of attorney) or legal guardian / conservator, the case might still proceed.
