Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I have a planned vacation out of my state. Per my decree I notified the other parent on the dates. Which I am allowed 14 days of vacation each year with the minor child. This notification was 30 days ago. Now a week before the vacation she sent me a certified letter stating she is denying me taking my child on vacation based on best interest of the child. Her reasoning is because I have a warrant and should I be arrested in the state that I'm vacationing in, the child would have to be turned over to child services and the mother would have to pick my child up. The warrant is a misdemeanor offense that is being ammended, but will not be resolved after vacation time. I cannot be arrested out of state for this warrant. In her letter she states that if I do take the minor child out of state, I will be in contempt and she will file precedings with the court. Am I able to take my child on vacation out of state or not?

You must follow the terms of the dissolution judgment. If you are permitted to take the child out of state by the judgment and she doesn't let you, sue her for contempt.
