Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

does power of attorney give someone the power to limit visits? my wife wants to see her grandpa and her uncle is mad cause we didn't call last week when we went to see him. he now says he will limit the visits if we don't do what he says. the man lives at home with his wife and the uncle (his son) lives out of town (30 to 40 miles away). just seems like the man's wife would have the says so being it's her house. I just wanted to know if the power of attorney gives the son the right to kick us out of the man's home if the wife don't mind us there.

An attorney in fact has the power or authority that the purer power if attorney designation says they do. The authority to exclude visitors (for someone not in a hospital) is very rate. I suggest that you not obey such demands until you read the power if attorney designation. Pertussis your uncle needs the probate Court to appoint someone for him.

Good luck
