Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

i previously had two children taken from me on suspicion of abuse by my boyfriend. though the allegations were false, after fighting dfs for a year, i voluntarily terminated my parental rights to those two children. i am currently pregnant and would like to know if the state can take this child based on my previous case with them.

Merely because you relinquished your pareental rights to children, is not in itself a basis for removing a new baby from your care and custody. But, the past facts may be used against you, if there is a new allegation of abuse or neglect.
