Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

i just got out of prison for fealonious restraint it had nothing to do with my kids or my ex wife i wasnt the best dad in the past but i have changes since i was in prison and now that im out i would like to be able to see my kids and i can because i cant talk to my ex she wants nothing to do with me what do i do

You may have to sue for visitation rights. Assumeably, your divorce decree had a Visitation Order attached. That is a good place to start. You might sue to enforce or modify that Visitation Order.
