Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I am in the process of going through a divorce and the other party involved has been going through an attorney. would it be in my best interest to hire an attorney on my behalf?

In my opinion it would be a mistake on your part to proceed without legal representation. Hiring an attorney does not necessarily mean that you and your spouse will nned to fight everything out, often a good attorney can help his client reach a fair settlement that protects the client's legal rights. In other cases, where the other side will not be reasonable, an attorney can provide professional services in presenting your case to the Court.
