Proof of Paternity

Is it possible for a male to request a court ordered paternity test - the two are not married.

Yes, we do it all of the time. I have filed many Petitions to Determine Paternity and obtained Court Orders for DNA testing. If my client is ruled out as the father it saves him many, many thousands of dollars not to mention years of time, effort, energy and emotion serving as a farther to someone elses offspring. You should consult with an attorney as soon as possible.
