Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I purchased a lake home 5 years ago(he has more equality in it due to sale of his home ) with my boyfriend of 9 years. My name is on the loan and title. We have never married, he is still financially responsible for his children. I still own my home from a previous marriage. We purchased a $70,000 boat a few weeks ago using a home equality loan. He is telling me today that he wants to put his name only on the title of the boat due to the fact that he has more equality in the house than I and that if he died or if something happened to our relationship I would get more than I have in it. Both of our names are on the loan. I know I should have addressed this prior to the loans and purchase, where do i go from here, do I have any rights, is it to late?

You shoudl have your name on the title too, unless your boyfriend signs an agreement to hold you harmless for the debt.

Good luck
