Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

How can I put a judgement againt a NCP SSI payments being issued? I have a child order for support inplace since 2002. The NCP has only paid $34 year to date. And is now on 100% SSI disability. I am being told by Child Support Enforcemnt that they will close my case due to no potential of being able to collect.

It is very unlikely that you woudl be able to levy against SSI payemtns. But, where one parent is 100% disabled, their minor children may be eligible for their own SSI benefits. You should contact the Social Security Department to look into that.

Good luck
