Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

My question is about Child Support enforcement ignoring a court order to vacate. In 2009 Child Support Enforcement requested a hearing about child support that had ended, asking for back pay that was not owed. They did not show up to their own court hearing. The judge ruled against them, and vacated the original order for support. He forgot to file a judgement though, so in July 2014 when they came after it again, we sent our previous lawyer to file a judgement. Now that the judgement has been signed and filed, Child Support Enforcement refuses to accept that and has suspended my Drivers License. How do I get this nightmare to end?
