Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I have two question,

1. In my divorce papers it states that my ex wife is suppose to pay for my kids health insurance. She is trying to get me to cover my son now and I don't have the money. So now he doesn't have any insurance.

2. Second also in my papers, she can take over the house payment and live there. We can't refinance because we owe more than the refinance amount. My name is on the house and she is not making the house payment.

Any idea on how to get this resolved???

Contact the attorney that represented you in the divorce. That may be a cheaper option. Without seeing the Decree, it is impossible to accurately determine the relative obligations between you and your ex. If you choose not to use that attorney, consult directly with a family law attorney in your area.
