Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I have a question about emancipating, I f i want to be emancipated can i tell the judge for my money support im moving in with a friend and her/ or his parents are going to be supporting me? or do i have to be able to support myself with noones help?

If your friend is going to support you, thne you are not able to support yourself, so few if any judges will see you as emancipation material. Why do you want to be declared emancipated? The judge will want to know. Most likely your parent or guardian has not given you permission to move in with your friend. What is it your really want?
