Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I am currently getting ready to go through a divorce. We been married since 08/06/2000 and seperated in 01/2010. I currently do not have a car, it was repossed because I had a hard time keeping up the payment. My husband now has two brand new cars which one his new girlfriend drives. I have to catch the bus to work and borrow my moms car to go pick up my two girsl which are his as well from his home. So my question is even though we been seperated for a year and a half now, Im I entitled to one of those cars even though he got them after our seperation?

You need to sit down with an attorney and hire the attorney to represent you in any dissolution of marriage proceedings. The attorney will explain to you the legal concepts of "separate property" and "marital property" along with a lot of other concepts that you need to understand. there is no way that you are going to get enough information from asking questions on this site sufficient to protect your legal interests.
