Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I didn't realize my husband was diverting our comingled funds into an account in his name using his sister's SSN until after our divorce. Is there anything I can do about it.

Contact the lawyer that represented you in the divorce. They may be able to explain why they did not address that money in the divorce, or help you get a constructive trust.
