Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

My soon to be ex and I can't come to a reasonable agreement, I thought we had agreed on $1600 a month for child support and spousal support she and I both agreed via text. Now that her attorney has had the papers drawn up, there is so much more included that I will contest. Can our original agreement be enforced, so this divorce can be finalized? And I was also wondering since she is the one that filed for this divorce can I request she covers my attorneys fees?
