is it possible for me to receive child support from my biological father, even if he never was ordered to pay child support, but i still live with my mother and attend college?

It is possible. But, given that your mother never got a support order, proabably does not work in your favor. Obviously, you will have to establish paternity, if that has not already been done. If there is a big variance between what you mother and father earn, the suppor torder while you are in college may be had. But, if yoru mother makes more, and yrou father gets angered by yrou request, it is also possible that your mother may have to pay support to your father while you are a student. Because, if you father gets pulled into court, (by your mother) he may seek to establish your custody with him, and then use your mother's greater income as a means for her to compensate him for what you have to spend on school related expenses. It sounds crazy because it is. That type of thing rarely happens, but you should at least know about it before deciding how to act. Because it is also rare for the first support order to be placed after the child (you) are out of high school. Also keep in mind, that your good grades are often a requirement for a college support order, and your father (or his attorney) will have right to view your grades and transcripts.
Good luck
