Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

In a recent divorce, due to the number of tools I owned my ex wife and I agreed to list them as tools, so I get my tools.

The rub is this. When I went to get them she won't let me have them and the Sheriff says because the judgement doesn't name them that I can't pick them up.

She later through some of them out in the yard to rust in the rain, informing me after the fact that I can get them. Is that legal? Can she damage my property that's in her house?

Under the facts you described, you may have grounds to have the judge find your ex in contempt, and charge her for the value of the tools.

Good luck
