Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I am recently divorced.My ex was supposed to pay me a sum of money by a date designated by the judge for my portion of the house and I was to sign the deed over at such time.He missed the date.What are my options?I had a really bad attorney and the sum of money he was to pay is way below what I should have gotten out of the house.The house appraised at $366000.We owe $200000.He was to pay me $19500.

You can either go back to court to seek an emndment of the division of property. However, the extra amount you thought you were owed, was offset by some other property you got. In teh alternative, you could just seek a contempt order from teh judge from yrou divorce case. You also have the option to sue your ex for the $19,500 in a new law suit.
