if i record a converation with my ex without them knowing will the courts listin to the tape

Maybe. Missouri is a state where it is legal to record a conversation when one if the people is aware of the recording. Whether a particular Court will listen to a recording depends upon a number of factors. Consult with your attorney. If you do not have an attorney, hire one.
