Re: reguarding child support

More information is needed to provide a competent answer to your question. What action was filed in Illinois? Was one party residing in Missouri at that time? Did both parties have attorneys in the Illinois case? Did the Illinois court acquire personal jurisdiction over any party not residing in Illinois? Or, did one party relocate to Missouri after the Court issued it's Order? Is the party receiving support going through any state agency? Are there any legal proceedings pending in Missouri? I am licensed in both states, and I do a substantial amount of work in this field of law.
