Relocating my son

I have filed my motion to relocate my son. I am moving because my fiance can make more money where he is living and we are getting married next month. I am also pregnant and we plan to close on a house shortly. My sons dad believes I am moving to take him away from him which has nothing to do with me wanting to move. What are the chances that a judge will sign off on it if we have to go to court and if I provide almost all of the transportation costs and dont switch his visitation with him

Do you have an attorney? if so, you should be asking this question of your lawyer. I have handled many of hese relocation cases, and im my experience most judges wind up allowing the relocation. However, a great deal depends upon what jurisdiction your case is in and what judge your case is in front of. If you do not have an attorney, you should have.
