Getting remarried in missouri
I have Primary custody of my daughter. I am wanting to get married again and my ex wife doesnt want it to happen. She says she can take custody of my daughter if i do. Is this true what can i do to protect my custody of my child.

The fact of your remarriage, in itself, will not be a legal basis for your ex-wife to gain custody of your child. If I were you, I would not let her attempts to mislead you effect your plans.
