how to remove my name from a mortgage loan on a house my ex recieved in a divorce

Hopefuly the Judgment in your Dissolution required your ex to refinance the mortgage in his or her own name. Otherwise, there is no law requiring the lender to simply take your name off of the loan. Any failure of your ex to pay will result in harm to your credit and the lender may come after you for payment. Good luck.
