Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

what are my rights as far as going back to my martial home i left 2 weeks ago because my husband meet some one on line he knew for 3 months he doesn't want me to come back and has changed the locks. we are headed for divorce, but i really need a place to stay.

Who owns the home? If you both own the home then you have as much right to be there as he does. If you are both on a lease the same rule would apply. If you have equal rights with him you can hire a locksmith and change the new locks. In any event, it appears that you would be well advised to consult with and hire an attorney.
