What rights does the father have for visitaion when paying child support

A father's rights to exercise parenting time with a child are independantof a father's duty to support that child. If the father does not have his custodial rights spoelled out by a Court of Law, then he should takes steps to have this done immediately. Having said this, I would add that te number of overnights that the father legally has with the child can creat a downward adjustment on Form 14, the form used to calculate the child support figure.
