Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

School

I have full legal custody and share joint physical custody of a daughter. Although I allow for regular visitation, her mother moved to a location 45 minutes away. When my daughter begins kindergarted in fall '09, I am choosing a location 5 minutes from my house. I expect her to take/pickup to school during her visitations, but if she doesn't, I want to prepare ahead for what I should be doing.

In many cases, we provide terms in the Parenting Plan that tell the parents who is responsble for transportartion both as to exchanges of the child and as to education. If your Parenting Plan and Judgment do not spell everything out, then you may need to go back to court to modify the existing language.
