Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I am separated from my husband of 10 years. He was employed for 7 years with school district and has a retirement fund. He was very recently fired and now can request this money. Am I entitled to half?

Have you filed for a dissolution? If so, in the dissoljution proceedings you would be entitled to a share of any marital property which would probably include at least a part of his retirement. If you haven't filed then you should consult with an attorney and do so.
