Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

So how do I serve my wife paperwork. I can't mail it can I? The problem is that I'm in the military and can't just give it to her and don't want to pay a lot to have someone else do it. Also, how can I possibly get the papers notarized when I'm in a different state (soon to be Iraq) and can't be there to witness her sigh it and no one can witness me sigh it?

Why don't you hire such an attorney?
