If I set up Mediation outside of court how to I make sure it is enforced in court?

Teh obligation to undertake an aprtake in mediation can be enforced. Teh reult of th emediation is never enforced, unless it results in a contract between the parties. Mediation i sintended to se if the parties can agree to a resolution without the need of a trial. An arbitration award or decision can be enforced in civil court. Teh arbitrator sits ina judge-like positon and renders a decision like a judge would. Perhaps that is what you meant when you said mediation.
