Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I currently share custody with my 4 year old son with my ex wife. However, I found out recently that she recently put a gun to her head and threatened suicide when her boyfriend tried to break up with her. She admittedly has anger issues and threatened suicide once when we were married, but never with a gun. I'm now concerned for my son, who lives his mom 15 days out of the month. What is my legal recourse?

If there is a Judgment in place, you might want to file a Motion to Modify. If there is a clear danger to the child, you might want to file an action under the Child Protection Statute. Consult with and hire an attorney.
