Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

my ex and I share custody of our 5 yr old daughter. He is wanting to move 2 hrs away, pull her out of her school and put her in one by him. I would only get to see her on the weekends and holidays. He also owes more than $6000 in child support. What rights do I have?

Your rights are spelled out in whatever Court Order provides for custody of the child and also in the Missouri statutes. It seems best for you to consult with an attorney and allow the attorney to review all of the documents, and the law, and then give you legal advice on your particular situation.
