i need to sign over my rights of my children to my ex-husband i am tired of him making my life a living hell. How do i go about doing this?

If you have a Dissolution of Marriage Judgment determining the custody of the children, you need to file a Motion to Modify that Judgment and have the custody of the children transferred to your ex-husband.
