Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I have a signed note for a personal loan to my daughter and her husband, who were just divorced. Can I consider the contract between then void and demand payment in full on the balance. I do have a lien registered on their mobile home. What actions can I legally take to recover my balnce?

Unless the note addressed the issue fo divorce as an expediting occurrence, the divorce is irrelevant to the note. If they are in default on the payments, you can move to enforce the note. If they are not, then you cannot.

Good luck
