Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

if I signed over temp guardianship three months in go to jail for trying to take baby back home [my x's idea]. that night she the sister hit us with full guardianship papers , me and my signed them . Got a class A misd and two yrs probation with a no contact order. I'm off that probation and what are my options ,sister said no on a visit . Telling me I'm no father that the baby almost 5 yrs old call her mom and her husband dad. Do I file a motion for family access

back in 2000 in Jacksonville Fl I fought for my kids and won .hit was an ordeal
