Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

My sister is an alcoholic. Her and her four children live with me. When she is drinking the children are not safe. I get phone calls at night to come pick up the children because she is drunk. The fathers are not around can I get temporary custody of them?

If she voluntarily grants custody to you, you can use that. Other than that, you may have to file a petition with the probate Court, or make a hotline call.
