My sister passed away all of a sudden and had no will or tod is there a form I can fill out and present to a judge so I can close out her bank account and sale her car value is 2500. she was on a disability and has nothing else

contact the probate clerk in the county where she lived. They may assist you in getting the small estate forms. Otherwise, you can wait one year and file a Motion to determine heirship, but the court may require you to use an attorney to do that.
