Re: sole custody

If you believe that you are the father of a child, and you were not married to the mother, then you should file a Petition with the Court seeking to determine paternity. The mother will be served and will have thirty das to respond in writing in Court. In the court case you can obtain an Order requiring DNA testing if necessary. You may also ask for a Court Order regarding custody. I handle these types of cases all of the time. YOu may call me for a consultation if you are not already represented by an attorney.
