Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

my son keeps coming home from his dads every other weekend talking about marijuana. we have joint custody. and he is only at his dads every other weekend. do I need to report the marijuana issue to anyone or What do I do?

Is it that there is marijuana being used at Dad's? Is the son exposed to it? IF so, you might be justified in calling the DFS to investigate. Or, if there is a reasonable amount of proof, you might consider taking Dad back to Court to have the custody provisions modified. I have handled a variety of these cases, and the expense can mount up, but the well-being of you son is certainly worth the cost of the ligation.
