Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

my son is in jail for child support he went to court. judge told him to start paying monthly but his cash bond is thousand dollar we dont have that kind of money lying around if he go back to court on the fifteen what will the jugde do. Plus he don't know if that's his child.

If paternity has not been established, then your Son should contest it. the court may appoint an attorney to represent him, if you have not gotten one for him yet.
