Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

my son lives with x-wife. He wants to live with me, Because of mental abuse and physical abuse for the last 10 years. My x and her husband (the abuser) lives off his S.S.i. and my child support for the last 13 years. He is tired of all the bad things that has happened there. what do I do to get him out of there? I tried to have him brought in to court under 2 court orders and she took him to school and the judge did nothing to her. I have tried the hot line 13 times and nothing was done. My son has tried to tell the police and the hot line what is going on there, but again nothing was done. I am afraid he will get hurt bad this time as he has been hit ,chocked, pushed down. So please help my son and tell me what I can do to get him out. thank you Darrell Smith

It sounds like your Son needs to get other adults involved. If he it's abused, that day (or the next) he needs to too tell a teacher or principal, coach or scout

leader.
