Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I have a son that turned 18 a few months ago. His father was not in life, emotionally or financially. Now that my son has turned 18, he's not worried about having to pay child support, so he's decided to become a "father". Can I get back child support from him?

Do you have an Order for child support? If so then the father owes whatever he owes. If not, and if the son enrolls full time in college by Oct.1 following high school then the child support obligation may contnue and you may be able to obtain an Order.
